help me with hacks!!

ok so when i try to downlload a hack like the one attached here:

it says :
Find Save Cancel

i dont know what to do help me please if i click find it serches on the web but nothing happens

Uhm im not sure why it would say that. But that hack doesn't work anymore so iwouldnt waste your time on trying to Download it.
