my cloud stock is personal, city scene stock is 65% of the time, animal stock has been, flower stock is usually considering my house has a large courtyard.. and i use Deviantart stock where i notify or they have pre-defined permission.

I only go without permission when there isn't a alternative.

No offence Josh but that is not the case. Render are made for public use. As with stocks. However sigs, large pieces etc are made for public viewing only.
