Glitch in spy hunt

This is going to be really vague because I don't have a screenshot and I'm terrible at explaining shit.

Several times whilst playing spy hunt, I have seen a player get a case.
As soon as they get this case I may start shooting at them.
When I do I see them kind of glitch out and float around holding there gun down
And it's shooting bullets at the ground, but I'm getting hit.

Has anyone seen this before or has a screenshot?
It would be helpful if someone did because then I'm going to send it into nexon to get it fixed because every time I see it it looks so gay and I start spamming:

lemme guess "player gets intel,turns into spy with his hands out like a plane?

btw wen someone turns into a spy dont start shooting them straight away
becuz u get something called a "spy shield" which only lasts bout a few seconds

Yes I realized that one time when I j'ed up an intel case.

Edit: Yes I know they do that action when they become the spy but they seem to be stuck in it for as long as they keep shooting there gun.

it doesnt matter though soon enuff they'll put there hands down xD
sooner or later there hands has to get sore
and itihnk wen they put there hands down they take damage
and last time i checked they only put there hands up fr like 5-10seconds

It doesnt just happen in spy hunt it happens when your throwing a nade or just shooting normally in any mode and any map. but in spy hunt it happens more often. i don't know why.

It happens in other game modes? I didn't know that I'm going to go and try and do that now lol...

I've seen that plane thing where the character moves out their arms like plane wings.. I often seen it happen in the nx girl characters.. usually when they're throwing a grenade, but sometimes while holding guns
