In the public hack there is a feature called "full bright", enable it and you will be able to see the ghosts in ghost mode even when they arent moving.

ghost mode can be seen but increasing the gamma or the brightness, the ghost mode hack just just "hotkey'ed" so you can see it
yo just buy the fucking VIP hack or download the new crossfire hack and enable the Fullbright thing and its better if you also turn on the wall hack.
