umm when i click on it it say open or save and when i open it takes me to an inter net screen then back to open save and cancle am i doing some thing wrong

2.go to logon screen
3.Alt+Tab
4.perx
then it just closes

It doesn't work for me, I did what you say, it just doesn't go past log in. Right after I log on it just freezes.
