Duplication Possible...?

Ok, so this is my first thread so sorry if its incorrectly categorized.

I do not know how to duplicate and if this is possible to recreate it will probably only be possible with items you pick up during a mission (not after your back at your arsenal).

Here's what happened... I was doing Io on Jupiter which is a defend mission where you can get a lot of mods. After round 2 our team decided to leave, but when we did and the timer fully counted down my screen went black. It stayed this way, and in the background I heard the lady say "infected inbound" or something like that. I also heard a lot of infected attacking me or someone... idk my screen was black. After a little while i pressed start to get out of the fullscreen and closed the game. When I got back on I noticed that i had duplicated everything I gained 3 times, the reason i noticed this is because i got a rare well of life mod that game and there were 3 of them in my inventory now.

All this thread is saying is that it is possible to duplicate, and that maybe this means that the code allows duplication and can be manipulated by hackers to duplicate more easily... or something

I guess this could be a [request] because I am basically asking if some coders could take a look and see if you could make a duping tutorial or client. Imma try replicating this and will say if I find anything that works (prolly wont find something)
