So when the hack doesn't work anymore with that i mean game patched or hack detected u scramble it then it works again?

I recommend it not require, you don't have to use it if you want , but I still use this one since of it's changable degree FOV instead of the updated one which has a noticeable aiming especially if there is some zeds behind you.
