bonus supply hack

i was wondering if there's a way to create a hack that would give bonus supply instead of exp?
since there's no euro farm anymore/yet, this would be a great replacement as you get 5k euros every time your supply points reach 100%


anyway i was just thinking of this, not knowing anything about creating hacks and the current possibilities.
