what is a good C++ compiler?

i am learning c++ and i want to no wat a good c++ complier is..
i want sumfink that is choob frendl but that is usefull too.. i want to make comat arms hacks.. and even smal pc programs.. so whats a cood c++ compiler

EDIT 2: im getting a GNU make file error.. wat dies this mean and how can i fix it.. bkzu its not letting me compile anything

Borland C++ Compiler is what I use, but I hear DevC++ is good too. I also recommend Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.
