Searching for a ''Special'' Client.

I cant remember exactly what build i was playing in then but i was using a client (Novaclient). When you have autoaim on now with the new clients it shoots at the targets of course but for example in Undead lair when he has his little shield over his head a blue shield the autoaim stops, the thing with novaclient was that the autoaim didnt stop when he had the shield over his head and in my opinion that is better you become unsuspicios to having a client.

So my real question is do you guys know any client that allows this? i havent tried every client that is out. Thats why im asking you guys.
