proper gsc silent aim

is there any way to do a proper silent aim? Like when your crosshairs are within a certain distance from the body it will kill them without snapping? and when you shoot them it only kills them not another person.

This is the closest you'll get to silent aim. You can still modify it to make it look more legit, but that's basicly the best.
