Ban Reason In Profile / Previous Bans

• Display banned reason in user profile.
• Display previous bans in user profile.

Reason To Add
Allows other users that might deal with the user later on understand why that user has been banned or banned previously.
Such as dealing with a previous scammer, even if they did something to be unbanned.
