Great Weapon Fighter Damage

Here's a quick introduction to the classes in Neverwinter. If new ones come it, I'll add them.

Guardian Fighter

A fighter is a class with martial origin and excels in primary role of a Defender. The Guardian Fighter is a build of Fighter which uses tactics and placement while fighting the enemy intelligently. Guardian Fighter has a secondary role of a leader and is a warrior who fights with a shield and heavy armor, thus able to fight with a high degree of survivability and control the battle around him or her. Placement and tactics are very important for a guardian fighter. Guardian Fighters are proficient in Plate armor.

Great Weapon Fighter

"The Great Weapon Fighter is an unstoppable force of damage and steel, skilled in using the weight of a greatsword to dispatch those that stand in the way. The epitome of strength, the Great Weapon Fighter is also resilient enough to defend allies in need."
This class relies on brute strength alone to overcome the enemies. They are warriors who sacrifice shields in favor of large two-handed weapons. While mainly being an offensive class, Great Weapon Fighters still have considerable defense by carrying scale armour.

Devoted Cleric

The Cleric is a class based on divine origin and has a primary role of a Leader. Leader in this context means the member of the party which stays back and fills in the cracks of their party. A leader can boost morale, tend to the wounds, make the enemies lose the will to fight or rally the members of party together.

A Devoted Cleric is a build of cleric with controller as a secondary role. They are a versatile class, equally capable of serving as a healer and of controlling the battlefield with the magical power granted by the deity they serve.

Devoted Clerics wear chainmail for protection.

Trickster Rogue

A rogue is a martial class with primary role of attacker. This rogue build relies on deception to attack enemies - slipping out of shadows - to deadly effect. The Trickster's unique combination of skills sets up this Rogue build to have a secondary role of controller. It is a damage-dealing class specializing in stealth, speed, precision with a pair of two sharp blades and a store of daggers which can be thrown to distract the enemy. Rogues usually wear leather armor.

Control Wizard

A wizard is a class based on arcane origin which focuses on control as its primary role. Control Wizards focus foremost on their primary role harnessing arcane energies to control the battlefield and helping the party to not get overrun by a swarm of monsters. Apart from that, they are able to dish damage very well and hence their secondary role is that of striker. They crush, restrain, and debilitate their foes. They wield a magical orb and are capable of unleashing torrents of damage on enemy parties. They can only wear cloth armor.

If you are new to the game, I would either recommend Guardian Fighter, because of the sustain, or the Control Wizard, because of the really easy soloing with it(although with some skills you have to aim).

I'm using TR too. In PvP once you get the Shocking Excecution skill, it's just a baby game.

for great weapon fighter its good to make a half orc.
and for a tank its best to take a dwarf as it decreases dot damage that you receive.
