GPU Upgrade

Here is my situation. I recently bought some new parts. My current system is: Intel i5-3570 @ 4x3,4 GHz 8 GB RAM GTX 660 Win7 64 Bit So,i wanted to upgrade my GPU and thought about a GTX 770 or a 780. Would that be a bad decision or not?Or maybe a GTX 680/690?

Radeon is also 9% slower but 32% cheaper

440$ - Radeon 7970
650$ - 780

The radeon isn't as good but its only losing really in Texal and pixel rates, so if you have multiple or Eyefinity than don't grab the radeon.
