ROTMG Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello,i own a Windows 2008 R2 VPS (64bit) Server and i want to set up ROTMG for it.I did everything like in the Tutorials but when i want to run WEBSERV1.exe it gives me serveral errors.First a little window opens thats says:

Win32Lib Error
CreateWindow in createWindow failed.
Then the console opens and gives me the following out (screenshot)

Anyone knows a working solution for it ?

Try running as Administrator.

Sadly it seems its not that easy,i tried that many times :/
But thanks for your advice

I opened it in different compatibility modes and it still doesnt work

Now try reinstalling it.

Reinstall what ?
There isnt mutch to reinstall,i just can download all the files again.
But i did that about 10 times ._.

Do you have .NET 3.X+ installed? Do you have the latest WEBSERV1.exe file?
Since the error is simply its unableness to create a window (and since the program is a Euphoria one, which is translated to C++ as far as I know) probably it can't find the needed libraries to do it, which I think are the dotNet ones from Microsoft. You can download them from their website.
