Chamming Problem

So i was using corndog's chams when it stopped working and i was D/Cing and someone helped me and i fixed it, now im having the same problem again

I have my Anti Virus off and i also am running CA without any Compatibility mode set and im running perx and CA as admin and im still D/Cing. Oh and i use vista SP1

You have to have it like this
Open PerX
d39d.dll
TNT HACK.dll
