Lua running not working?

So i just started to try to hack gmod and i installed gmcl_cvar3_win32.dll and all the updated verisons for microsoft visual and all that but when i type lua_openscript_cl lennyspeed.lua which i did place i my common folder in steam since something is wrong with it i got this Couldn't include file 'lennyspeed.lua' (File not found) (<nowhere>) i tryed to restart gmod but it still says it any help would be great

Solved. Had a simple mistake in the LUA folder and bin
