what's the key to open the menu

Ok i got the menu open it says "Welcome to T&D 3.0 Sir" or whatever.
How do i actually open to menu?(New to Hacking in DayZ)

EDIT #2: ok now i have T&D Menu in my scroll menu, but when i click it nothing happens.

what's the program you use to execute the sqf files?

Insert to open menu. Btw Remote Exec is outdated if im right.
