Ratters are as bad as they come. Sad skids. I ratted someone in elementary school, felt super cool. Elet hecker, and all that; but seriously, i wouldn't RAT anyone anymore. Pretty much instantly indictable in most courts of law. Super easy to detect too, and by using someone else's rat you only just add to the massive spamnets and botnets out there.
