Need Help with remote access controll for runescape

I used rat (remote access controll). Is there any way to hack someones pass with Rats if you know their Ip adress cuz they logged into your accound... I heard that is possible.

Might be possible but illegal.

I heard that rs 3 is coming out on the 22nd jzly with html5 engine. I heard that html5 is easy to hack and its almost the same engine like maplestory...
