I need help with a "location ban"

Hello, for 3 months ago, my brother ruined my PS2 gaming. He hacked and got banned. But i didn't get banned, still i can't open PS2 or use any of SOE's stuff. I got a visit from my friend that tried to join on his own PC and he couldn't do it before he left me.

So, do you think it works to get a new ISP or what d i need to do to get in the game again? I've tried to talk to support, but they won't do anything.

That is a IP ban. If you can't change your IP then you will have to use a VPN and don't ask for VPN's because SOE is baning as many as they can, no one will tell you here.

Also you can say bye bye to your own account since you logged in using a banned IP, use a proxy to check this.
