Ok this is Step by step
1st. Download the files
2nd.Extract using WinRaR
3rd.Go to Combat Arms properties and click the Compatibility tab then set it to
Windows 2000
4th.Open then extracted folder and then open PerX then change name to Engine.exe if its not already done and select the .dll files in the same order as shown:
5th.Open up Combat Arms and the hack should work!

Instructions:
To use just press Insert when at
the login screen and use the
Up,Down,Left, and Right arrows
to turn thm on and off

so many ppl aying that its getting disconnected after one game here is the answer why.
When u get in the game press insert to bring up the menu leave the menu open casue u will need it u can use chamms 1 game only so turn on the chamms from 1-3 use em after the game finishes if u leave the chamms on it will d/c u so turn the chamms off and put wall hack,no fog if u want to. Then if u have a texture editor make the maps white to fix the bugs from wallhack and dont bring the menu ever again in the game or out of the game. HAPPY HACKING!
