There's actually a movie that has the concept of organ selling but normal rather than cannibalistic. It's called "the Island". Clones are made as an insurance policy so if a person needed a body part, they could simply take it from the clone..

Volunteers could work. I've seen documentaries where group of cannibals would share their own meat. They'd cut off a piece that would heal over time.

I wouldn't sell anything beyond prime-quality.
So they'd have to die from something that isn't a disease, clean bill of health and murder is probably gonna get me shut down in the end.

Figured that'd be a good technique of marketing it, at least in the beginning until word of mouth goes around that it's nothing less than amazing.

Would you eat human flesh if you needed to make a choice between a food store that is infamous because of it's bad hygiene(Normal store, animal flesh) and a clean human flesh store?(You will be sick for maybe a day if you ate at the normal store)

There is in several ways.
Lungs are highly wanted for surgery.
Everybody wants meat where there is no food.
Hungry people eat everything.
And I thought you ment that he should be locked away because of the basic idea of selling human flesh, which my reply was for.
