Norton problems.. halp?

Everytime i try to extract the pub dll anywhere my norton freaks out, and doesnt let it happen, and for the last hour 1/2 ive tried to turn it off(norton) but theres just no way.. i even have the pass and everything.. what do i do?

right click the system tray icon and select disable....
