a .bat file can shut down your computer, delete necessary files for your computer to start, and yes it can spam your computer with more .bat windows, but in this case, this .bat file deletes what is required to be able for you to hack, and it is safe, i have it downloaded myself and it has done no harm, whatsoever, (other than it phailing to work for me) it's fine.
