New/Old Instagram Hack?

So apparently my friend is able to access my account without knowing my password, give herself a shoutout and change my bio? It didn't really bother me since she deleted the shoutout but left my bio changed (which was not a big deal).

So does anyone know how to do this or where to find out on how to do this? I want some payback on her

I believe it was an old glitch that was patched in an update, not a hack. If this was recent then I have no clue and it probably is a hack or account access tool.
