Would a OS reinstall remove a ban?

question is in the title if i format my hard drive and reinstall a new version of windows will that remove a ban? its not a problem for me have all win7 with genuine keys as many as i need just want to know if it will work before i waste my time

They simply banned your account,not your HWID.

Nothing to do and OS for that in game if you change your OS you banned in game only

I believe it would actually bypass HWID bans (if that's what you're referring to), but you won't get your account back - you'd need to make a new one.
