Does anyone know how to use dxtory as a wallhack?

I just figured out that dxtory program can be used as a same thing as a wallhack in sudden attack
so I downloaded dxtory but all those tutorials on youtube were in different languages and it was hard to understand how it works..
so.. I really need help from you guys.
