I always thought TnT was a false positive, but here are my suggestions.
Try scanning with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. This is the one I usually trust.
If the above picks up nothing try SUPERAntiSpyware. Pretty good also.
If you want to be safe you could get Spybot - Search & Destroy. It's somewhat useful. Comes with nice registry protection.
HijackThis seems to be used quite a bit, but if you really don't know what your doing, don't use it.
Getting these programs from cnet would be pretty safe.

ez way out back up everything to another hdd then reinstall windows
