Crossfire EU Flux Hacks Com Error Problem

everyone I'm new to mpgh, so I wanted to ask you guys is here any fix for this error.
I've downloaded Flux Hacks Com, extracted it. Then I've Right click on .exe -> Run as Administrator.
It worked for me perfectly before 06.08.2013(It doesn't work for me anymore, last success version of flux was 04.08.2013)
Now i got this error (see image below):

Does any of you guys use this hack?
Does anyone know how to fix it?

My OS: Windows 7 32 bit
(Please aprove my image so you guys can fix me problem

EDIT: Also, If i click on "Continue", I choose CF Path and I get same error.
But if I click "Quit" application closes.

Someone help please? I have latest installed .net framework...

Is this from another website?

I think I have found Flux hacks somewhere on MPGH. I think in some thread. But i forgot thread URL I only know for website URL

You will need to download all the net frame work
Outside link is not allowed.
Flux hacks is a outside program!

If he didn't download it this error wasn't will appear.
