the ip changer won't do anything. they rarely ip ban, they either will demote or ban your account.

I still have another account, and if I actually send them that letter (Which I literally will), I will defiantly get IP banned, cause Nexon are wussy's, they are too afraid to keep a hacker on the loose, and also, they think I will pwn there ass, so I bet you in about a few days, I will get a letter with big text that says:
