Character Creation Fail Due to Unknown Reason

Does anyone get that messege when u create character? i can't create character no matter how much accounts i create and i put beta keys

I get this message too. I had a character then I uninstalled the game and now I get that message ;/

wont even let me install the game just says "download failed please check your internet connection and firewall setting and try again" and both of them are fine

1. Whats your operation system?
2. Running any hacks?

It works fine for me guys, im running win7 enterprise 32-bit though.
