Is that possible? and how? I want to use this one:

It isn't possible.
If you let MPGH resize your avatar, you're gonna have a bad time.
If the image is a greater size than your usergroups limit, you're gonna have a bad time.

you gotta manually resize it, and make sure the file size isn't bigger than your groups limit. otherwise the gif won't work.

No, you can't have a gif avatar. @debbe MPGH doesn't support GIFs.
I stole my gif siler avatar from someone on this forum boy did i have a bad time
