can we change our exp too something like 99% play one game then lvl and get some gp by using the server hack?

GP and exp are server-sided now. All cheat engine changes now is the Client side its just visual. Exp/Gp hacks were patched last year.

No they aren't, because if so, how come those Server EXP hacks still work?

OP, There's no way to hack GP and have the server recognize it. you'll get an error.

Its server-sided since August last year. End of Story impossible. minions pls close.

Another problem is that your EXP is LOCKED. So it Won't change

then can we atleast change the GP? by the same way of the server hack then buy some gun?

I find it funny people ask for these. If there was you would see so many high lvled people it would be crazy, quickly patched and a hell lot of people would be banned. if some one how managed to make it do u really think they would leech it to the web for free?
