paypals a rip off!

than wat type of card does it says on card for all use......

Let me get the code on the card and I will try it on my paypal.

It won't show the amount of the card on the balance. You just got to go with what you got. Try buying something.

(I haven't read most of the posts, I looked at some and ended up with this conclusion)

it had 23 bucks in it but paypal charged me 2 dollars for linking the card and im trying to buy something thats 23 bucks but i think i only have 21 bucks and the message it gave me was this is it because i dont have enough money and wen will paypal give me my 2 bucks back?::::
