Hue. When you login to your PayPal it either says Verified or Unvierfied. Everyone can receive funds and send funds even if there not verified.

It should just say if it's verified or not nice try.

the account is linked to bank account and it say seccuss, you can pay now and recieve... and you are basic paypal member etc, but its unverifed
