Melee mode hack

Hey i was wondering if anyone knew how to get the hack where you have weapons in melee mode, plz me i saw someone with a gun in in melee mode plz tell me how?

go into crouch and hold this, then jump while holding the control key, while you in the air you have to do a 360 and shoot 3 bullets exactly every 120 degrees you spin.
