Why is it when i press Insert in game i only see

sorry i figured out how to on it 
But after i switched on the chams and wallhack
i still cannot see though walls.Why is that so?

OK once u saw the D3D hack + , press right key ( ->) , go down , and u will find chams and wallhack , press right key again on the chams and right key again on the wallhack and if u are lucky u will find urself having a bug
