Crossfire Account hacked/scammed.. Help?

Hello there, I recently got hacked/scammed or whatever you call it by Ryouk. We traded accounts yesterday and everything was cool until today. He recovered the account somehow. My question to you is, is there any way of recovering the account (If it's not flagged)? Since he probly changed all the info already like, SA, Email, PW etc..
