From there under Resident shield select Exceptions. In that tab select add path and select the folder that you have the tnt dll in. Then you should be set and shouldn't need to turn off AVG.

Make sure that Tnt hack.dll is set AFTER d3d9.dll. Run Perx AND Combat arms as Administrator if it closes again try it again. This hack still works for me and I am not using any other bypasses.

Also, are you sure it's not simply the hacks, but just an outdated/patched bypass? If so, which hacks work alongside your working bypass?
