I tried this and maxed out my car slots (13) but could not buy more. is there a step you are leaving out?

If you run out of IGC, just run the Pursuit bot about 30 minutes while in Free Roam, be sure to set it on 0sec.
well tell me tho because i have 10 slots how i get more car slots ? and were i need the 60lvl ?

For it to work, your Driver HAS to be level 60.
i have 151 slots
