Automatic Steam Trading Bot for TF2

I really want to make (or have) an automated Steam trading bot for TF2 items, such as a scrap bot.

Aim: When the user offers 2 clean weapons, an automated Steam user (bot) offers 1 scrap. When the user is ready to trade, the bot is also ready. Then, the bot accepts the trade.

I've been looking around the web and I've found this. I saw a few videos on it too, but I'm confused... I don't know any C# or C++; I only know a little VB.Net, but that's it. Basically, I can't code.

If there's any other way, please let me know. I really need someone to help me out, or even create the bot and send it to me in a .zip or something ready to go.

I can probably code you one... Not too sure how it all works but if you explain me through it I should be able to do it
