Best GPU under 300$ ?

Hello, i just wanted to get everyone's opinion on the best video card under 300$.
In my opinion, i believe the SAPPHIRE HD 7970 is the best.

Radeon HD 7970 or the GTX 670

just to add to the Radeon side of things.... get the 7970. built a rig for a buddy using that card and it is fabulous.

As said, HD 7970 or a 670. Though it would really be worth it to spring for the 7970 GHz because its by and far one of the best cards around considering its price.
