You can't do much, but if you want 15th in the game there is a glitch going on. Go to the multiplayer menu and go to theater and search around clips until you find an 8 second video on grid, watch the video entirely, and then words should appear in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Once that is done go into team tactical, and play until you get host. (Someone else might be doing this glitch so you might get into a lobby once you join). Kill yourself 3 times and on your screen it should say your current prestige and level 50. If you are the host back out, and wait for the host migration to finish. Then once back to the multiplayer menu,back out to the main menu, (The one with Mason holding Mustang and Sally where it says Press Start). Go back into multiplayer and then prestige. And you should prestige to whatever your next prestige would be. This glitch work 90% of the time, I did it to 15th and it screwed up and didn't prestige me once, but I did the glitch again and it worked. Just keep doing this till you reach your desired prestige and you are good. Just for the record you might want to put the clip from the beginning in your file share, because you need to watch it after you prestige every time. As far as gamertag colors you might want to try a gamertag editor. I never used one of them before so I can't tell you how to do it. Hope this helped you if you have any questions just ask.
