Darkrp money hack

This day i turned up the my pc and play gmod darkrp but suddenly there is a ppl that drop over 2bills and give it to all ppl in the server my question is

1.how did they do that ?
2.what script he use ?
3.are they use bypasser ?
4.or they are admin ?

The server probably had dupes enabled so people were spawning in money that way.
