Can somebody help me with glitching?

Well, I tried to glitch on fireteam mostly but sometimes on other maps, but i cant ever do it, i wuz wondering if anyone would help me with it, my name ingame is Neere Add meh, and help me with any glitch, more concentrated on fireteam or zombies, the 2 i play most. Thanks Also, im in high school and get home at about 2:20 pm.

i can help u with glitching.i know overdose glitches and like only one fireteam glitch.but they are all very useful glitches i think.ive won as a human in zombie cuz of glitching many times already.my in game names are: IN_UR_SHAD0W, THE___SHAD0W, and
SHAD0W______. i sugggest u add the first one only cuz i dont use the other accounts that often any more.
