Looking to get another paypal account up and running and I need one that's pre-verified or just to verify a new one. Please no e*trade methods, post here before contacting please!

how so? I've seen other threads on here for paypal account verification services, not sure on the law or legality of it.

a paypal account service that verifies existing accounts for you or

a service that provides already verified accounts for sale.
