I got a virus from this site Help!!!

I got a virus from this site and i haven't a clue how to clean it the main culprit behind the damage seems to be reader_s.exe. i don't remember who gave it to me but i had not downloaded any thing but hacks from here in the week i got it. now i need help big time this virus practically turn my computer into a glorified paper weight.
2:46am EDIT: it was from this forum. and its not a false positive its a horrible virus that wants to kill my pc

It might be a false positive ,, can you tell me from wich threads you got this virus or by which member?

open your antiviruses if you can, then full system scan and delete anything thats fucking up
make sure you defrag your comp if u can
then SYSTEM RESTORE IMMEDIATLY. to a very early date.
keep your computer clean
dont trust it? dont download it

i said all that so i can help you before i spam you for putting it in the wrong place

you better never trust anyone...

OK HERES HOW TO REMOVE IT

STEP 1) Relax your sacks
Step 2) Google combo fix
STEP 3) Donwload combo fix
step 4) Run combo fix
STEP 5) Be patient let it do its stuff and wait
step 6) Thank me

sendii are you fuckinn seriousss, no one should use combo fix if they don't know what it does, ComboFix is a program, which doesn't scan but deletes your system32 folder, it takes 40 steps for it to complete, this will also reset your logo to default, like it originally was.

Ive been using spybot for a while. it really does pick up shit the AV's miss.
Have you also tried looking at the VIRUS SCAN, before you download?

Btw, if i you had/have antivirus software, then when that little warning box pops up, check the location of where the virus is, and you might be able to go in and actually right click and delete. Has worked for me in the past.....
