Ok, so i stumbled upon a small site that had a thread that has about 20ish offsets posted. (From what i saw)
So my question is, if i wanted to edit these, such as the Squad Points one, would i search for that in Cheat Engine, then edit the value?
Or is there something more complicated to it? And even if changed it from say 5 to 8, is that easily detectable and is editing things in Cheat Engine easily detectable or does it depend upon how much you edit and what you edit?

Click on Add Adress Manually and put your offset into it. Use the right Type and then you ready to edit.
Not sure about detectable of this. All other CoDs was fine if you stay on the menu and edit the memory.
