HELP!!!! NEED HELP Anti virus keeps deleating.

So, recently i downloaded the "Vista+Windows 7 Only. Chams Working 8-20-0" hack, dont know what its called but thats the thread. When i try to download it, my antivirus keeps cleaning it and says theres a trojan but i know that there isnt. I use eset Nod32 and i dont want to turn it off the whole time, dont want any viruses. So is there a way that i can disable the antivirus just for this file?

Add the file to your exception list...
Knowing what anti-virus you have would help too...
